Jewelry Cleaning
This service is free and takes only a few minutes.

Jewelry Repair
We can make minor jewelry repairs in store or send jewelry to a trusted repair service.
Jewelry Appraisals
New purchases and some items originally purchase from Johnson Jewelry can be appraised in-store and some may need to be sent away to be appraised by a trusted partner and member of the Retail Jewelers Organization (RJO). Stop in or call for more information on appraisals.
Watch Repair
Minor watch repairs can be done in store and larger repairs are sent to a trusted watch repair service.
Watch-band Replacment
We offer metal and leather bands in a variety of sizes. We can also adjust the size of watch bands.
Watch-battery Replacement
We can replace dead watch batteries quickly and easily in store. This service costs five dollars.
Custom Engraving
We can engrave custom text onto a variety of products.
Items purchased in store $5 + 30 cents per letter
Items from outside the store $10 + 50 cents per letter
Clock Repair
We work with a trusted clock repairman. For more information on this service call or come into the store.
